Why only MOQ 1 or 2?+
Our buyers are global retail consumers, not wholesale resellers. We only accept items a single buyer can purchase, so MOQ has to be 1 or 2 units.
Do I really pay nothing?+
Correct. Suppliers join free, list free, and pay no platform fees. We monetize on the partner-marketplace side; suppliers keep their full agreed price.
How do I get paid?+
Each shipped order is logged in your wallet in RMB. Settlement runs on our standard cycle once you have linked banking details.
What if my product is more expensive than on Alibaba?+
It can't be. Our importer mirrors the source price. You can lower it on Shopwebco at any time, but you can't list higher than the public price on your source store.
Do I ship internationally?+
Never. You ship domestically to our hub. We handle every cross-border step from there — customs, AWB, carrier, last-mile.
